There is another rental which is the ground floor, so there may be other guests staying down there. However, ground floor renters have their own private entrance and exit, and are not sharing any common areas with upstairs, with the exception of the laundry room.
The entire upstairs, deck, grill, and whole fenced in yard is reserved for this listing.
If you want FULL PRIVACY and would like to rent the entire property INCLUDING the ground floor unit, you can do so! Feel free to get in contact me to inquire about the full property including the downstairs studio bonus unit, which has another 2 beds, a full bath and full kitchen! The entire placewould then be a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2 full kitchen, place which sleeps 14.
