This a one story house with an open floor plan. It has 2 bedrooms and a 1 bathroom with a tub, shower combo and double sinks. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed and storage with a closet and dresser. It has a large inviting living room which seats 7. It does have a sleeper sofa to sleep 2. It is also joined with the dining room and table that seats 6. It has a nice size kitchen with a fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and Keurig. The front patio has an amazing view of the sunrise and sunset along with amazing stargazing opportunities. It is in the middle of a national forest access way which provides walking paths that go in many different directions around the property. It sits on 1.6 acres of land so you will have some privacy space away from your neighbors. There is onsite parking with a driveway as well. We have a T.V. with Dish Satellite in the main living room as well as in 1 of the bedrooms. There are also a ton of games and dvd's to keep you entertained.

Located in Warm Springs, a neighborhood in Fairplay, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a lake. Mount Massive Golf Course and Ski Cooper are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore San Isabel National Forest and Mount Evans. Rafting and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and mountain climbing nearby.
