Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 across the property. The main-level king suite has a private ensuite bathroom and direct deck access. The lower level features a bunk room, a full bathroom, and a game room that works for all ages. The chef's kitchen with KitchenAid appliances and is fully equipped for serious cooking. A dedicated workspace with fast WiFi makes remote work practical without sacrificing setting.
Fairplay is 35 minutes from Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. Antero, Spinney, and 11 Mile Reservoirs are within 30 minutes for fishing. Buena Vista and the Arkansas River are nearby for rafting. The Tomahawk State Wildlife Area is accessible on foot. Dog-friendly — well-behaved dogs welcome with advance notice.
