This cozy 2 bedroom / 2 Bathroom home is family friendly or great for a romantic retreat. Secluded, on a mountain top property that offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountain ranges, Valley Of The Sun is home to a variety of wildlife and this spectacular location affords opportunities to observe Elk, Deer and Foxes (just to name a few!) right on the property. Additionally, the wetland area located less than 3 miles down the road from the home is one of the few areas where you may be able to see Moose in their natural habitat.

This cozy home offers a high alpine experience, featuring a 2 sided fireplace and open concept living room with comfortable seating and dining space at the bar, all accented with tasteful eclectic decor. The single story house offers a spacious master bedroom with a King size bed fitted with cozy comforters, luxury linens and a private ensuite bathroom. The spacious ground level deck is a gorgeous relaxation space. Available on the deck for your enjoyment is a gas grill and outdoor dining table and chairs where you can drink in the mountain views along with your tasty morning brew.

Fairplay and Alma are the activity center of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, it's a great "Base Camp!" If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will likely find it within 10-20 minutes of the house. * This home is located in a rural high alpine mountain environment where wildlife, insects and rodents may be encountered. The home is also equipped with a well water system and may have variability in taste, smell or mineral content based on time of year and usage.
