Cozy Marina Cottage details! It’s a lot but it’s going to explain most of what you want to know :)

The Cozy Cottage is super clean with everything you’d need for a great stay. Relax and enjoy this newly remodeled home with brand new, pretty much everything.
The house is less than 90 seconds from the Fairfield Bay Marina entrance, closest to the marina in the entire bay! Not the “geographically close” but a 15+ minute drive, this is “close” with a 90 second drive which means a lot when you forget something and have to go back to get something before you boat, hike, etc. Location is important because driving a mile can actually take a long time on winding roads. Easy to find, great location.
Lots of extras so if you forgot to pack something, we likely have extras so you can avoid an unnecessary trip to the store and enjoy your precious time to the max. We will always have plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, dish washing and laundry detergent etc so then you hopefully don’t need to make an extra run to the store.
We have a binder under the TV with pamphlets and information on restaurants, hikes and attractions such as a natural land bridge, petroglyphs, caves, waterfalls, ATV trails and of course the 44,000 acre lake. We are available and happy to advise 24x7 as well.
It's a location that is very easy to find, yet still has privacy even though it’s close to the action and amenities. Wooded behind the home, in the front and on 1 side. Just peace and birds chirping. And the occasional peacock and we haven't heard a rooster crow before 10am :)
Relax on the deck with a table and chairs and a Weber charcoal grill. We also have a wood burning fire pit in the back and front yards (wood and fire starters provided) with Adirondack chairs, perfect for s’mores or just relaxing with a fire. Sturdy swing set and tetherball pole bolted into the mountain bedrock.
Enjoy a kitchen with an open floor plan and not only the essentials to cook, but also extras like a grill kit, air fryer, crock pot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker, stand alone ice maker, hand mixer and more.
Each bedroom has new beds and a Smart TV mounted on the wall so everyone can get access to their online content even in bed. Queen sized beds in 1 of the rooms and 1 bunk in the other, with full mattresses on the bottom and on the top, sleeping 3 comfortably per bunk as well as another queen. All rooms have sockets with USB ports to charge your gadgets even if you left your charger box.
Enjoy the comfort of the spacious open floor plan living room a new sectional couch in front of a 60” UHD Smart TV logged in to Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, Hulu and YoutubeTV so you don’t need to worry about remembering all of your passwords and connecting devices.
People in the kitchen are still able to speak with those in the eating area and living room, and still see the TV as it’s totally open. 1 full bathroom, with a tub and shower.
Access to 2 pools (seasonal), a workout facility (at a resort member discounted rate), hiking trails, 90+ miles of ATV trails, mini golf, 2 world class golf courses, bowling and of course, the marina, where you can bring your boat or rent a variety of boats, jet skis, kayaks and more (discount included on most of these). Weekend slips for your boat are also typically available at the marina so you won’t have to re-launch your boat, super reasonable price too (just ask and I’ll help you get what you want).
You can also detox from electronics with a variety of board and card games as well books for both kids and adults.
Safety supplies like fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout (some hardwired for safety so there are no batteries to go bad). We have swimming and boat safety info and medical kit with special items added in the unlikely event of getting a tick or splinter during daily activities.
This isn’t a house managed by a property management company, it hosted by us, the owners, and we are always available!
***Late checkout and early check-in often available, just ask. If no one is checking in that day you’re leaving then check out in the evening of your last day and that basically buys you an extra day of fun. If no one is checking out the day you arrive then you can get there as early as you want, just communicate it to me and we will make it happen. We want you to use your time for max fun and memory making and we can often accommodate that extra time!***

Located in Fairfield Bay, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a lake. Fairfield Bay Marina and Fairfield Bay Tennis Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Greers Ferry Lake and Little Red River.
