This beautiful custom built home offers a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath open floor plan. It is located in Riverwood Plantation, also home of the Champions Retreat Golf Course. This is a split floor plan, along with an open bonus room upstairs including a bed, couch, and TV area. The bonus room, which is considered the 4th bedroom, shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. Each room comes with queen size beds, aside from the master bedroom which has a king size. This home has a large kitchen and a large living area which is great for entertaining. It steps down into a sunroom w/ table and walks out onto a large screened in back porch that includes a large table and sectional. This is great for relaxing after a long day on the course. Each room, along with the living room and back porch, includes a TV. Garage is also set up for entertainment, including a ping pong table and dart board. Gas flat grill and charcoal grill is set up right off of the back porch. This home is just 1 mile from a grocery store, restaurants and more.
