As a guest of the Downtown Den, you will have complete access to all of the thoughtfully provided amenities and appliances from the moment you step through the front door with our convenient keyless entry.

You are encouraged to enjoy the entire apartment during your stay and feel free to use the laundry facilities to keep your clothes fresh.

This is a pet-friendly space! Please note that only well-trained and respectful dogs are allowed with an additional pet fee. Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. We have other tenants in the building and this is their home as well, please respect the shared space.

Parking is available in both the front of the building and side. There is a front stair access indoors along with back access with metal staircase. No elevator in the building and the apartment is upstairs.

A ring doorbell camera and hallway security cameras have been set up for your peace of mind. Please note that the cameras are only securing the outside of the apartment and nothing indoors.

Disconnecting or tampering with any electronics will result in a $250 fine and immediate eviction and cancellation of your reservation. These electronics include the front door camera, outside cameras, door locks, and WiFi.
Other things to note
-Only well-trained and respectful dogs are allowed with an additional pet fee
-Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited.
-Ring doorbell and hallway/outdoor security cameras. There are no cameras inside of the space. Wifi can not be disconnected at any point during the stay and the doorbell can not be covered, this will result in immediate cancellation of reservation.
-There is a $250 fee for interfering with any electronics, wifi, door locks, outdoor security cameras, or for any violation of house rules. This feel will apply for each violation.
