Located in the heart of the “Island”, our home is minutes from 2 championship golf courses and the Holiday Island Marina. Less than 10 miles from Eureka Springs, this house is spacious and ready for the whole family to show up and have a great time. The Haven is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook meals in or if you truly want to be on vacation and don't plan on cooking, you can find numerous award winning restaurants just a few miles down the road. Eureka Springs is known for its many shops, hiking trails, activities such as zip lines and the Great Passion Play. Eureka Springs hosts many musical acts, parades and Live events. It also has been ranked on Southern Livings "best small towns" list, many years in a row. This home is less than an hours drive to Branson Mo and Bentonville AR.
Our home has many great amenities and is known for it's cleanliness! One of the highlights of this house is the wrap around porch. The house faces the north and looks towards Table Rock Lake. Just imagine yourself sitting here enjoying the boats going by, sipping on a nice iced tea or your favorite glass of wine. This is the perfect place to sit and read a book as we are on a lightly traveled street.
The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics for cooking in and has a beautiful gas range. There is a breakfast nook that seats 4. The laundry facility is just down the hall next to the half bath on the main floor. We also have a full dining table that seats 6. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV. We have a beautiful fireplace for those cooler evenings during your stay. (firewood is not provided) The living area as a queen sized sleeper sofa, space for 2 more to sleep. On the main floor you will find the master bedroom and bath. This bedroom also has a smart Tv. The master bath has a lovely jetted bath tub, a shower and double vanity. Climbing upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. One bedroom has a nice queen size bed, sleeping 2 and the other has 2 trundle beds, sleeping a total of 4. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo.

Eureka Springs is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Table Rock Lake and Beaver Lake. Promised Land Zoo and Eureka Springs & North Arkansas Railway are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
