Ozark Mountains Rolling Hills Retreat offers relaxing views that can be enjoyed from the heated saltwater pool (in season) or hot tub (open year round), while breathing in the fresh mountain air. There are gentle trails that lead you around the property to greater heights and sink holes with wonder in every turn. Enjoy the grill station while sipping on your favorite beverage and be inspired by the panoramic views.
The Space:

Rolling Hills Retreat features two private suites on the ground level and a penthouse suite on the second floor. Each suite accommodates 2 guests and offers a king size bed and a smart TV with a WiFi connection. There is also a full bath in each suite. The Penthouse Suite which features breathtaking views, private shower and half bath completes the retreat. This is perfect for larger groups of 5-6 guests. Children under 12 not permitted.

Coffee center - small refrigerator, water cooler, each of our locations comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.
Between the main level suites, there is a common room for access to a washer, dryer and extra linens. There is a water cooler in this area also. We also offer exclusive access to our event space for our guests who need more room for indoor activities and kitchen for cooking. Included in the event space is a flat top griddle, hood vent, commercial sink, refrigerator with freezer, ice maker, filtered water and coffee maker. We will provide additional cooking necessities upon request. We also provide plastic cups, paper plates and cutlery. This area has plenty of seating and with the two large overhead doors open, it is like being outdoors without getting wet or sunburned.
Guest Access:

Enjoy the large courtyard, where you can soak up the sun by the pool, or take the plunge to cool off. There are 3 propane grills for those bigger barbecues. Propane is provided and there are extra tanks available. You can also have fun playing Corn Hole and Badminton which are provided for your enjoyment.
The retreat is a private part of the owner's homestead. You will have exclusive access to the three guest suites and guest part of the home. You will have exclusive use of the sauna, hot tub and pool. You are also welcome to explore the 36 acres the owners have created trails. You may see the owners tending to the gardens or the green house, but they will be respecting your privacy as they expect you to respect theirs.
The Neighborhood:

The property is north of Holiday Island off Hwy 23 just south of the Missouri State line.
The property is located on 36 acres where you can hike and explore. There are cleared trails, please watch out for the sink holes. Visit the greenhouse and feed the fish. We are located 20 minutes from Historic Eureka Springs known for the architecture, hiking trails, shopping, dining and night life.
Holiday Island is only 10 minutes away with Golf, Groceries, Table Rock Lake, Marina, Boat Rentals and restaurants.
Dogwood Canyon is 30 minutes away.
Branson in 50 minutes away.
Getting Around:

This drive is safe for nearly any vehicle, although, we discourage low riding sports cars.  We highly discourage motorcycles, although, a skilled/seasoned rider can navigate the dirt road. A high clearance vehicle is highly recommended and four wheel drive in inclement weather is necessary.
Other Things to Note:

There is no Life Guard on duty.
As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout.  The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property.  We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances.  Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.

Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property.  It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster.  Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas.  Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement.  Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Located in Eureka Springs, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Golden Pioneer Museum and Eureka Springs City Auditorium are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Eureka Springs Brewery and Pivot Rock and Natural Bridge. Promised Land Zoo and Eureka Springs & North Arkansas Railway are also worth visiting.
