Step inside to discover a beautifully crafted interior featuring custom woodwork throughout. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertaining! The kitchen is well appointed, with granite countertops, modern appliances including gas cook top range, dishwasher and plenty of space to prepare your favorite meals. With four comfortable bedrooms, this home can accommodate families or groups of friends with ease. The home has two full bathrooms, one in the primary bedroom with two sinks and a spacious walk in shower and the other in the main hallway near the entrance with a connecting door to the middle bedroom complete with a walk in shower/tub.
Outside, you'll find a lovely deck off the house with lots of outdoor seating and a propane BBQ where you can unwind with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a small yard with an apple tree and small lawn space as well. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant town of Eureka, with its charming shops, restaurants, and historic Old Town just minutes away. Plus, you're only a short drive from the stunning redwood forests and beautiful Pacific coastline! Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this delightful home offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience.
