This Two-bedroom apartment is located on the waterfront in Old Town Eureka and is ready to provide a quiet and relaxing space for you and your family, it’s on the second story of the building. Whether you’re just visiting for some of the great outdoor activities in Humboldt, or for a quiet place for you to getaway and work remotely this is sure to be the place. Located within walking distance of local Grocery store, Dick Taylor Chocolate Factory, Old Town shopping/ historical buildings and Eureka's beautiful Boardwalk.

It’s monitored from 9-6 Monday-Friday. At 1.10 per hour. As an alternative, there are currently a few nearby free parking options available:
The street along the 1st Street side of the building offers free parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
A gravel lot located across from the building is also currently free to use.
Please note that these free parking areas are subject to change as the city continues to expand the Passport Parking program. Also Pay attention to posted signs in Eureka, there is 2 hour parking during business hours all throughout old town and on the 1st street side of the building if you shall need to park on the street.

Located in Old Town Eureka, a neighborhood in Eureka, this apartment is in the mountains and on the waterfront. Clarke Historical Museum and North Coast Repertory Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Carson Mansion and Blue Ox Millworks. Sequoia Park Zoo and Humboldt Cultural Center are also worth visiting. Kayaking and water tubing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hunting and mountain climbing nearby.
