Enjoy meals and beverages while watching the hummingbirds flit past.

The house is located in a family-friendly quiet residential neighborhood, 15 minutes from University of Oregon and Hayward field. We're a mile from Em Ex bus service running downtown or take the bike paths from here to wonderful dining, parks and entertainment around town.

This 2,000 sq ft house has 2 living spaces, a full kitchen with eat in counter and pub table, dining room, washer/dryer, and a fenced backyard with hot tub, outdoor grill and dining. Kid friendly, including toys and games in the front room. Great wifi coverage

- Kitchen with granite kitchen island and beautiful custom wood counter. Includes electric cooktop on kitchen island, fridge, freezer, wall oven, microwave and dishwasher. Full access to pots, pans, spices, coffee maker, etc.

- Dining room, next to kitchen, for 8 guests

- Second living room, next to kitchen, with couch, fireplace and mounted TV/cable/streaming service, 2 recliners. Pub table has 4 seats - 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter

- Laundry, cleaning supplies, air conditioning

- Half bathroom

Upstairs:

- Master bedroom with king size bed, mounted TV with cable, dresser and ensuite master bathroom with twin sinks and gorgeous custom glass shower/wc area

- Second bedroom with queen size bed, desk, closet, 2 chairs

- Full bathroom with shower and bathtub

- Third bedroom with queen size murphy bed, desk, 2 chairs, closet
