The entire house will be private to you and your group. Access information will be sent to you a few days before check-in. There is free parking for multiple vehicles and a garage for one vehicle.

- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. No noise, Music, Loud Talk, Screaming or yelling is allowed. This will result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
- No grilling or bbqing is allowed of the porch or on the property at all. This will result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-do not leave trash laying outside the house. This will result in a $50 fee.
-Check-in is any time after 4PM
-Early check in fee is $50. If the property was occupied the night before we likely cannot do early check-in.

Eugene is home to this vacation home. Museum of Natural and Cultural History and Dorris Ranch are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Saturday Market and 5th Street Market. Regional Sports Center and Science Factory Children's Museum and Exploration Dome are also worth visiting.
