Upper deck off the dining room features 4 large Adirondack chairs facing westward city view for sunsets. Large master suite has a king-sized bed and en suite bath, along with slider to additional deck and hot tub (big enough to comfortably fit 6 adults).
Lower level offers additional amazing views with a large, comfortable family room (with TV) and a kitchenette adjacent to large floor-to-ceiling sliders to an extensive back patio and deck for entertaining with large outdoor dining area (with beautiful large redwood table that comfortably seats 10 adults). Lower level has two bedrooms: one with a queen, and the other with two double beds, in addition to a trundle as an optional third bed.
Large back garden with well-manicured paths and lush vegetation offers a private and secluded refuge for your enjoyment.
