Welcome to Park Place Cottage - 44 Park Street
Indoor gas fireplace, private screened-in porch with ample lounge seating, and access to Courtyard Commons. A minute to the dock and Lake Eufaula!
Park Place is your home away from home! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath lake getaway has room for up to 8 and has plenty of space to lounge and relax. Downstairs you will be greeted with an open floor plan so everyone can enjoy living, dining, and eating together.
From the living area, you have access to do the charming King master bedroom and bath as well as the private enclosed screened-in porch perfect for Summer reading or Fall evenings. You also have access to the Courtyard Commons area with outdoor dining space shared with surrounding neighbors.
Upstairs you will be greeted with a secondary entertainment space for relaxing, and two guest bedrooms: the first with 2 twins and the second with a queen bed, both sharing a jack & jill style bathroom.
Don't miss the views of Park Street and the dock area from the upstairs balcony. This home is sure to please! This property has a propane grill for guests to use.

Park Place has 2 guest parking spaces at the back of the property. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.
All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Eufaula is home to this vacation home. Arrowhead State Park Golf Course and Fountainhead Creek Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Arrowhead State Park and Fountainhead State Park.
