There are five sleeping areas including a primary bedroom with a king bed, separate bath, TV and sitting area with views of the river. The second bedroom has a queen bed with separate bath and views of the river. The Third bedroom has 2 queen beds with a separate bath. The Fourth bedroom is upstairs and has six twin beds, a play area and views of the river and pond. There are games and toys for children located in the closet.
