This home is exceptional for hosting multi families or large groups. 3-stories, with 2 family rooms, reading nook, 2 cozy fireplaces, 3 outdoor seating areas, and all the WIFI and streaming capabilities you could possibly need!
The space
Main level has a cozy front porch entry way with seating. This level has a half bath, living area with a fireplace, dining room table that seats six, plus bonus seating at the breakfast bar for 3. You will love cooking with your family. The kitchen is extremely well stocked! You can access the deck space from the living area, equipped with a BBQ grill, seating, and an outdoor gas heater!
The upper level is such a peaceful space. On this level is the Master Bedroom with a fireplace and master bath equipped with a Jacuzzi Tub! The King guest room, Queen guest room and another full bathroom, tub/shower combo, will be located on this level as well. Enough space for everyone to relax after a long day of exploring the mountains!
The lower level is perfect for spending quality time with your group! Play board games or watch movies on a 60" TV with surround sound in the family room. There is a 3rd full bathroom with a shower on this level and a guest room equipped with 2 single beds. You have direct outdoor access to the back patio and yard area from the family room.
Other things to note
There are 4 dedicated parking spots. Two in front of the garage, and 2 more on the backside of the house. Garage space is not available with the home rental.
Located in Estes Park, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a river. The Stanley Hotel and Historic Estes Park are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Rocky Mountain National Park and Bear Lake Trailhead. Traveling with kids? Consider The Labyrinth and Tiny Town Miniature Golf. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing, and don't miss out on the sledding and ice skating.
