Enjoy a true log cabin with amazing views! The spacious great room is excellent for the gathering of family and friends around the stone fireplace. The kitchen is open-concept with an island. Off the kitchen is the dining table that seats 8 . A private space for reading and relaxing is available in the upstairs loft. There is a Queen bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen bed in the first floor bedroom. The “kids” room has a bunk bed with a Twin on top, and a Full on the bottom. There is a futon sofa in the walkout basement game room. Located in primary closet, there is a pack n’ play available for your use. The refinished walkout basement provides an excellent entertainment space with game tables, another TV and a gas fireplace, as well as an extra sleeping space for two. There are solar panels on the roof to help capture carbon-neutral energy from the glorious Colorado sun, as well as air exchange heat pumps that provide carbon-neutral warm or cool air and quietly circulate it around the house.
