Our 3 bed / 2.5 bath two-story corner townhome is located in the highly sought-after community of Heatherstone at Rookery Pointe, an amazing gated community with world class recreational amenities in the heart of Estero FL. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

Walking into the main level, you are greeted by a formal living and dining area. A half bath is also located on this level. This opens up into the fully equipped kitchen and the family room, which features a breakfast nook and comfortable seating for 6-8 people as well as a large 65” flat screen TV. Sliding doors open up to the screened-in lanai, close to the kitchen and perfect for a day of grilling! All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor - the master bedroom features a walk-in closet, 50” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower; an additional guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo is in the hallway.

WIFI included. Streaming in the living, master bedroom, and first guest bedroom. One available parking spot in the attached garage and additional parking with room for two cars on the paver driveway. Charcoal grill (BBQ) on the lanai. Beach chairs & umbrellas available.

* 30 day minimum stay in the off season. January - March Bookings: 90 day minimum stay. Jan-March minimum booking term only in season due to annual lease limit
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Heatherstone at Rookery Pointe are: an application for Master HOA paid online (typically $100 per person) and an additional subdivision application fee of $150.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
* For safety, security, and property protection, this home may be equipped with exterior security cameras and/or video doorbells located around the outside of the property. These devices are used only to monitor exterior areas of the home and are not located inside the living space. Cameras may record video and/or audio.

This home may also contain one or more smart home / voice-activated devices (such as Alexa, Echo, Google Home, etc.). These devices are provided for guest convenience and are not intended for guest monitoring or surveillance. Guests may mute, disable, unplug, or turn off these devices at any time during their stay.
