Although the estate feels tucked away in wine country, it is conveniently located just two and a half miles from a major freeway, providing easy access to downtown San Diego, the beaches, shopping, dining, and nearby attractions. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and garden areas, which are occasionally shared with the resident in the main house, while still maintaining a strong sense of privacy and tranquility. Guests are invited to enjoy a stunning infinity pool with cascading waterfalls that flow into the lower gardens, along with a beautifully positioned jacuzzi offering sweeping views across the entire estate. A large, private outdoor lounge area is reserved exclusively for guests, providing a comfortable poolside setting for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the scenery.
Covered parking with an EV charger is provided for convenience. The gardens are open to guests at all hours and are softly illuminated in the evenings, creating a magical atmosphere for night time walks and quiet moments. Throughout the gardens, multiple seating areas offer unique perspectives of the mountains, golf course, and surrounding landscape, making each spot feel special and serene.
At the heart of the gardens stands a European-style gazebo, hand-carved from white marble in Europe. As guests stroll through the grounds, they pass two of the four marble statues on the property, representing two of the four seasons—graceful sculptures of young women, each symbolizing the beauty and character of the seasons they portray.
