The Vujo Villa is located in the new North 40 subdivision with close access to Madison Foods (the new local grocery store), walk to Sure Shot (a local coffee shop) or a quick 3 minute (.6 mile) drive to all Main Street Ennis has to offer (it is walkable to downtown). Once inside you will be greeted by the open-concept living, dining and kitchen space. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to whip up culinary delights with new appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, range, oven as well as toaster and Keurig coffee maker.
