This beautiful lakefront townhome is located in the peaceful Coco Bay community in Englewood, Florida, and offers the ideal mix of comfort, style, and relaxation. Guests at Coco Bay have access to a variety of resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse, sparkling pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, playground, and pickleball courts.
With three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there's plenty of room for the whole family or a group of friends. The living room features a large L-shaped couch and incredible lake views, creating a warm, welcoming space to relax after a day of fun. The dining area is thoughtfully designed with stylish décor and a large table, perfect for gathering around with great food and conversation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and a convenient breakfast bar, making meal prep and casual dining easy and enjoyable. Just outside, your private patio overlooks the peaceful lake—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.
The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms feature twin beds, great for kids or guests. There's also a den with a pull-out double bed, perfect for extra guests or as a quiet spot to catch up on work.
Guests will also enjoy full access to the Coco Bay amenities, including a pool, fitness center, pickleball court, and children's play area.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.
Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.
