This new fully furnished home has two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and closets. There also is a den/office with a sleeper couch. It has a door for privacy, making it ideal for a private zoom call, reading, or to use as a third bedroom.

This home is full of modern amenities: Full home AC, high-speed internet with WIFI, two flat screen Smart TVs, water filtration system, in house washer/dryer, Open plan kitchen with island, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender and complete sets of cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans and accessories.

2) Do both of the two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and closets?
Yes and yes! The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a his and her walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a standard closet

3) Can I use all Beachwalk's resort community facilities when I rent this house?
YES! You will have access to the resort's huge pool, the fitness room and associated classes, the 10 pickleball courts, the 6 tennis courts, the 6 bocce courts, the High Tide tiki bar and firepits, and all of the scheduled activities

4) How close is the beach?
The beach at Manasota Key is only 4.2 miles from the house! It's an easy drive down Manasota Beach Road. There is plenty of parking at the beach. It's a great place to watch sunsets. Venice town beach is only 20 minutes away, and is also outstanding.

5) What's the best time to vacation at this house?
The weather is very comfortable from October 1 to June 30. Those are the ideal times to vacation in the Engelwood-Venice area. July- September is the off-season, with lower night;y rental prices, a great time to visit!

6) What is the minimum night stay?
