We are nestled on a large lot with access to deep-water canal and BOAT SLIP (only 4 lots away and room to store your trailer) a few hundred yards from the intracoastal waterway, world class fishing, and breathtaking gulf coast beaches! Beautiful backyard with lots of space, enclosed lanai, and outdoor seating area. Stump Pass and Gulf water boat launch access are less than a mile away. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry soap are also provided to help get you started.
