• Location is in a desirable Centennial neighborhood.
NOTE: This house is unsuited for anyone with mobility or steps/climb problems. Approximately 17 steps from the garage driveway to the front door, and has a handrail on the inner side of the steps. The main floor of the downstairs has 13 steps and has one handrail along the wall.
• Two workspaces (Master bedroom & bedroom with trundle)
• Three 3 TCL TVs: Living room with 65" QLED Dolby Vision HDR Smart Roku; Master bedroom and garage game room each with 55” HDR Smart Roku TVs.
• GAME ROOM in the garage: Pot-a-Shot basketball, foosball, Ms. PAC MAN head-to-head arcade, Poker table and poker set, a Yoga mat, a Block game, children's toys, board games, & a 55" Smart Roku TV
• KITCHEN: FULLY stocked with spices, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Coffee, creamer, tea, & Swiss chocolate milk package. Refrigerator with filtered water.
All sizes of pots and pans, rice cookers, air fryers, waffle makers, NutriBullet, blender, drip/Keurig coffee, Corelle dishes/bowls, baking pans, and more.
• We do have many items for children to make it convenient and feel like home for your travel with children. The house is not childproof. For your child/children's safety, you MUST watch and keep an eye on your child/children at all times. You are RESPONSIBLE for checking the safety of the equipment(s) provided before each use. If deemed unsafe, do not use it and report it to us for re-inspection.
