- An office supply area with all of the necessities and a wireless network printer/scanner that is kept supplied with paper and ink so you can print out those audition sides, resume’ or screenplay scenes without having to go anywhere else to do it.

EVERY ROOMMATE goes through an orientation before or when they first move in. You’ll learn our house system and rules which keeps this many people living in harmony and comfort!

4-Person-Rooms or a HUGE 8-Person room with PLENTY of personal space!

If you prefer an all female room or an all male room, then let us know or we will assume that you are okay with our coed room.

There is NO DRAMA in the house unless you bring it - so don’t bring it!

You'll meet new friends and your new roommates that have been here awhile are always here to help our new friends.

Bring your clothes and food and everything else is taken care of...

If you are coming in from out of state, then I recommend flying into Burbank Airport - It's 30 minutes from the house.

***One important thing:
This is a no alcohol/drinking house.

IT'S NOT a halfway house or sober house; we just have a no-drinking/no-alcohol-allowed on the property policy because it eliminates issues before they begin.

ONCE A MONTH, we MAY have a get-together or holiday party where drinking is allowed but other than that, no alcohol is allowed here AT ALL... if this is an issue, please move along.***

The house is designed to be for people working towards their craft, studying, etc. and when alcohol is in the mix, things get out of hand, loud and messy.
So......... if the place isn't for you because of that, then I understand and let's part ways before we meet - no hard feelings!

BUT, If drinking isn't a big part of your life, then read on!

Encino is home to this vacation home. Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and Hollywood Sign are notable landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Rodeo Drive and The Grove. Candy Cane Lane and Universal Studios Hollywood are not to be missed. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking nearby.
