This vacation rental is a modern and updated one story home on one of the best streets in Encinitas! Close to public facilities/transportation, Downtown Encinitas and of course, surf and sand! With little traffic along 4th St, you can hear the ocean from the front porch.
Comfortable modern furniture, functional workspaces and room for up to seven visitors to relax. The master bedroom has a king bed, closet, and master suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a closet and close access to the hall bathroom which functions well with a bathtub/shower combo. The Family room couch converts into a full size bed, and there is a twin size daybed in the third bedroom, which doubles as an office and music room.
The home comes with two TV's and a Bluetooth stereo/record player, and we provide an Acoustic Guitar, and Acoustic Bass for you to play anytime.
The onsite washer/dryer is available solely for the use of tenants staying in this home. It is just outside the back door, in a dedicated laundry shed. Parking is in the front of the home, off-street and uncovered. Up to three cars permitted on property.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Downtown Encinitas, a neighborhood in Encinitas. While the natural beauty of Moonlight State Beach and Del Mar Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Torrey Pines Golf Course.
