It's a renovated 3 bed, 2 bath, ~950 square foot house in the up-and-coming NOBE neighborhood, featuring a lush backyard garden with lounge chairs (and a firepit!).
Perfect for a small family or a group of friends.
(Pro tip - book 31 nights to skip the city's transient occupancy tax).
The space
🏡 The home was renovated in 2021 with new floors, new paint, updated fully-equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher).
🏡 Sunny front bedroom set up as a home office with desk, smart TV. Or use it as a yoga/exercise room. Features a small sleeper sofa and closet.
🏡 Living room with large smart TV, sleeper sofa.
🏡 Master bedroom with queen bed, two bedside tables with lamps, large closet.
🏡 Second bedroom with full bed, smart TV, two bedside tables with lamps, closet.
🏡 Backyard with firepit and garden, passionfruit vines, fruit trees, fruit bushes, and lounge chairs for basking in the sun.

🏡 HOME:
This home is part of a duplex with a front entry. Owner (Me, Eric) lives in the upstairs unit. The yard is a shared space with the owner.
🏡 NEIGHBORHOOD:
The neighborhood is semi-industrial and there is some truck/forklift noise from a nearby warehouse. (I work from home and it doesn't bother me; usually I'm listening to music so I barely hear it.)
🏡 PARKING:
There is one off-street parking spot in front of the house that you can use, if desired. There's also ample street parking.
🏡 AMENITIES:
As this is a long-term stay, you will be responsible for providing your own paper towels and toilet paper, soap/shampoo, cooking oil, etc. I will of course provide some upon check-in to get you started though!
🏡 PETS:
There are currently no pets living on the property. You may bring one small, non-shedding, well-behaved cat or dog with an additional pet fee. I just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on or scratch the furniture!
Located in Emeryville, this vacation home is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at San Francisco Bay and Alcatraz Island, while Greek Theater and San Francisco Museum of Modern Art are cultural highlights.
