This ranch-style property boasts two separate living spaces, making it ideal for multiple families or for parents and children who desire some privacy. Each floor has a full bathroom, and the main floor has no steps from the bedroom to the common areas, making it perfect for older couples who need easy access to the bathroom. The property features two bedrooms, including a king and queen bed, making it suitable for business trips, family vacations, or quick weekend getaways to Chicago without the hassle of downtown traffic. High-speed internet and a workspace are also available.

Upon arrival, park on the driveway and enter through the gated fence into the patio area. From there, walk through the patio area and enter through the keyless entry door. You will then walk up three steps to the main floor, which features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room area with a coffee station, and a living room with a 55-inch 4K HD television with over-the-air channels (Local). Downstairs, you will find a common area with bar chairs to hang out, play board games, and watch on a 55-inch HD television with smart apps. The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs area if needed.

Please note that the property outdoors has actively recording cameras that overlook the front porch, patio, and driveway. They record audio and video. Additionally, there is a smart home monitor on the patio that actively measures noise decibel levels. However, it does not record audio or video.

Guests will have the whole house to themselves. Please note that there are doors to closets and the attic that are locked as we store items for the house.

Elmhurst is home to this vacation home. Travelers eager for a bit of culture can stop by Rosemont Theatre, while those who have shopping on the agenda may want to visit Oakbrook Center Mall and Woodfield Mall. Consider Sugar Factory Chicago-Rosemont for a night out or Edge Ice Arena if you're traveling with kids.
