Located on the second floor, this private room features two queen beds. Smart TV is set up in guest mode for you to login to your preferred streaming services! Room darkening curtains have been installed for restful daytime sleep!

The bathroom with a standup shower is stocked with shampoo and body wash. Hairdryer is also available.

A simple setup with a mini fridge and microwave makes it easy to store and heat food, with seating for three at the dining table. There is also an outdoor seating area for four, perfect for relaxing outside.

Complimentary coffee and ice are available 24/7 in the hallway lobby, conveniently located across from the game room.

Free laundry is available in the building, with the washer and dryer located in the hallway off the game room.

Please note the indoor pool is temporarily closed for maintenance.

No pets are allowed in the room at any time. A $500 penalty will be charged for any unauthorized pets.

Guests will have full access to the private room along with all resort amenities, including the outdoor pool, game room, laundry area, hallway coffee station, driveway parking, and shared outdoor spaces.

We are available for guests if needed via Airbnb messaging. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The property is also a short drive to Road America, a popular destination for racing events and year-round entertainment.

The property offers 24 available parking spaces on site for guest use.
There are two designated parking lots: the North lot near the main entrance and the Southeast lot near the rear entrance. Please do not park in the West lot, as it is not part of the property and vehicles parked there may be towed.

Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.
- Rental Agreement and online check-in form must be signed to receive check-in instructions, including code for entry.
- Government issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identity.
- $1000 refundable security deposit required for bookings longer than 28 days.
- A $150 charge applies for lost backup keys.
- No parties or events allowed in the room. A $1500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.
- No pets are allowed in the room at any time. A $500 penalty will be charged for any unauthorized pets.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 4 guests allowed in the room.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the room. A $500 fee will apply for anyone found to have smoked inside the property.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the room.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the room.
- Please be respectful of other guests, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Building has security cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras face toward exterior spaces, and the shared common spaces. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front, back and sides of property, and parking areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No cameras are located in units. No exterior or common area cameras can view interior units. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Rearranging furniture in the room that results in damages in the room or labor cost associated with returning furniture to its original location will be charged to the guest after check out.
- Check-out is at 11am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 11am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb`s firm cancellation policy for further details.
