We have a dining area that accommodates 12 people to enjoy nice prepared meals in our amazing brand-new kitchen.

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We required to take out the shoes inside of the property specially at the second floor.
- We have a rign door bell at the front door for security reasons.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Elk Grove is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Stone Lake State Park and Delta Meadows, while The Rae House Museum and Sacramento City Actor's Theatre are cultural highlights. Sacramento Zoo and Valensin Ski Ranch are also worth visiting.
