Eldred, NY, is a charming town nestled in the scenic Catskills region, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and year-round outdoor adventure. Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home and its outdoor spaces throughout their stay. All main living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and dining spaces are available for your use. The home has a split-level layout, with steps between some rooms. The king bedroom and the nearby queen bedroom are separated by a short staircase.

The adjacent dining area boasts large windows overlooking the pond, and the kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and other meal-preparation basics. You’ll also find a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom that opens to the hallway, plus a second bedroom with a queen bed. The mudroom serves as the main entrance and includes the washer and dryer.

A separate sunken media room provides a second place to relax, with high ceilings, a large sectional, TV, dedicated workspace, and pull-out full bed.
