Welcome to El Monte and Thank You for choosing our cozy and
beautiful home. You will have access to the entire private house.
This home is located in the friendly quite and convenient neighborhood of North El Monte. It is close to multiple main freeways. Just 25 miles to Universal Studio, 28 miles to Disneyland, 18 miles to downtown LA, and 34 miles to LAX. There are numerous of restaurants and groceries nearby.
The space
This home is a newly renovated single house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with new furnitures, central air, and fully equipped kitchen .
This home contains 2 parking spaces and plenty of street parking.
Street sweeping is on Tuesday.
There are two units on the lot. You will be staying in the front unit.

You will have access to the entire front unit

- Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel.
Please treat the space with respect.
- Please no partying in the house
- No loud noise after 10pm
- Pet is not allowed.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING cigarettes/ Marijuana anywhere in our house or near our the property.
- Smoking is prohibited in our property. Please respect our rules. We have the right not to host you if you smoke in our property. Thank you for understanding.
- There are cameras outside of the property for you security and to ensure the property's state
If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7
Located in El Monte, this vacation home is in the city center and in the mountains. Citadel Outlets and Westfield Santa Anita are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Pio Pico State Historical Park and Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area. Check out an event or a game at Rose Bowl Stadium, and consider making time for The Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens, a top attraction not to be missed.
