Double Slide out, passenger side is 12 ft and driver side is 11 ft opening up the entire RV space.

Living Room:
GREAT LAYOUT with sofa and dinette across from each other for a fun game night or a few evening drinks. Swing out 40" TV can face the living room or cab over bunk. The KIDS can have their SEPARATE FUN at the convertible mini dining table booth in the back bunkhouse area.

Sleeping arrangements:
Rear PRIVATE 2 person 60"x72" queen bedroom that is separated by a sliding door and has a large window to enjoy the view of your adventures. 2 single 30"x72" bunks across from bathroom. Top one with an 80lb capacity folds up for a mini dining table with booth seating. 2 person cab over 55"x87" firm bunk for TALLER GUESTS with privacy curtain and ladder, 2 guests sleep on the fold out 42"x69" sofa and 2 more on the 44"x69" dinette conversion, BOTH UPGRADED FOR TALLER GUESTS.

Kitchen & Bath:
Open L shaped kitchen with counter extension. Refrigerator runs on shore power, generator or propane for off grid use. Gas stove top and oven, microwave and stainless sink. 41lb propane tank on board. Full Shower with high ceiling.

Exterior:
11ft ELECTRIC AWNING. Central AC and window heat screens for travel to hot areas significantly reduces interior temperatures.

First quarter tank of propane is included in rental, must be refilled to at least 75% full upon return. Fuel will be full upon pickup and must be full upon return. Enjoy a Fun Trip Rentals LLC RV!

Included: 1 bedding set for the queen bed and towels for 2 guests. Plates, utensils, cups, paper towels, RV toilet paper, trash bags, full tank of fresh water and first quarter tank of propane is INCLUDED in rental. Enjoy a Fun Trip Rentals LLC RV! Please see add on option for those needing additional bedding and towels for more than 2 guests. Local guests usually bring their bedding and towels so this reduces costs for most renters. RV has a generator and propane tank on board for dry camping.

RV is 11 feet tall. First quarter tank of propane is included in rental free, if over 25% is used, refill is $6 per gallon unless add on is purchased for pre-paid propane. Gas tank must be returned at same level as pickup unless add on is purchased for pre-paid gas. If gas is not pre-paid and tank is not returned at same level as pickup there will be a $9 per gallon charge. Excessive cleaning fees may apply especially when used in certain environments.
