We are Travis and Bronté! Our family would love to welcome you to our brand new fully off-grid 2023 Thor bunkhouse motor coach. Our modern luxury rig is perfect for the fun, family adventure- all in the comfort of a house on wheels.
Our RV is just off of Interstate 8, a prime location for picking up and hitting the road. We offer free renter parking on site upon request!
Whether it’s going to the beach, river, mountains, desert, our RV can do it all in comfort and luxury with leather captains chairs, 3 TV’s, 6 sleeping locations, and other premium features. With cameras on both power mirrors and a rear view camera, electric seats, cruise control, auto-leveling, and other drivers aids, this house on wheels drives easier than most small rigs out there.
We want to ensure you get the same amazing experiences we do, by making sure you’re equipped with everything you need for a safe, successful, and fun trip.
WHATS INCLUDED
Our RV has enough room to comfortably sleep 8 adults, and up to 10 if some are kids. Sleeping locations include an overhead bed above the cab, fold-out couch, convertible dinette, and 2 bunk beds. A bedroom in the back houses a queen bed, night stands with storage, closet, bathroom access, and TONS of cabinet space. Dual AC’s and heater keeps the entire space to temperature with ease no matter what the weather is outside. A residential size fridge, gas burner/induction combo stove, and convection oven wrap up the kitchen. An 800watt solar system keeps things charged up during the day, and a 3000w inverter keeps you from needing to use the generator as often.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, bowls, cups, plates, and utensils. While you’ll need to bring your own food- we’ve supplied you with a French press coffee maker and the basic spices you may want for a tasty meal.
Upon request, we provide the master bed, bunks, and above cab sleeping areas, with fresh linens and comfy pillows. There’s also bath towels and a few small travel toiletries for your stay!
We offer a heavy duty folding canopy, campsite collapsible trash cans, and a large 8'X20' rug for under the awning also available to add on. Want to rinse off after an outing at the beach before heading in? Spray down with our warm outside shower!
For those with young children, we have bunk net guards for all bunks and overhead beds.
OTHER DETAILS
All of the supplied linens and anything else provided by us is OF COURTESY. If you wish to not use our linens or anything else provided by us, please let us know before your trip starts so we can remove them before your trip, and get you on the road as fast as possible!
FESTIVALS/EVENTS?
We welcome our RV at regional festivals and events! Please select applicable add-on for updated rates when booking for a festival.
PLEASE DO NOT:
-NO smoking or vaping in the coach. If any evidence of such is found (including the green stuff!) You will lose your entire deposit for the rental.
-Please, stay off the rear exterior ladder.
-Do not flush anything down the toilets other than RV toilet paper.
ONE WAY TRIPS?
-One way trips are subject to our availability. All extra costs incurred by us to deliver and return the RV are to be covered by the renter. We will ALLWAYS try to make your trip work!
PETS?
-We love pets! Please limit to 2 animals.
CAN WE DELIVER?
Yes! Delivery within a 25mi radius of El Cajon is available for $200. Distance after that is $3 per mile and subject to our availability.
PICK UP/DELIVERY/DROP OFF TIMES?
-Standard weekday pickup time is 5pm and drop-off time is 3:30pm. Early pickup/dropoff may incur an additional fee. Weekend pickup and drop-off times are flexible and up to our discretion.
** Please prepare for a 1hr walk through of how to manage the RV, depending on experience.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO UPON RETURN?
-Have all grey and black water tanks emptied before return.
-$75 charge per tank applied if you do not have empty gray and black water tanks.
-If you are having us empty the tanks, They SHOULD NOT BE OVER CAPACITY, YOU MAY BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGE.
-Fresh water tank does NOT need to be full upon return, however it CANNOT return completely empty.
-Gas tank will be full when handed over, please return with the same or you will be charged the amount to fill plus $100.
-Remove all trash you accumulated
-Put used linens in laundry basket
-Dishes cleaned
OTHER THINGS ABOUT OUR RV:
If towing a trailer is requested, advance notice of at least 7 days is required.
If RV is returned later than 1hr passed agreed upon dropoff time, an additional hourly charge may be applied at our discretion.
Our RV is equipped with a GPS tracker. Any renter found to have tampered with the unit, or traveled to an undisclosed event/festival/location will be subject to forfeit of up to their entire deposit.
Renters are required to read and sign our SRA (supplemental rental agreement). This will be sent to all renters prior to key exchange.
