On the main level, you will find a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, a large family room with plenty of seating, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs you will find another family room, bathroom, and bedroom.

Simple Life Rentals cannot guarantee that these features will be open and available during your stay. The outdoor pool is being repurposed and will no longer be available.
Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.
Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Egg Harbor is home to this vacation home. Plum Bottom Gallery and Birch Creek Music Performance Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Peninsula Players Theatre and Historic Noble House. Peg Egan Performing Arts Center and Egg Harbor Fun Park are also worth visiting.
