The Space:

Offering vaulted ceilings and oversized windows, the main living room features several cozy seating areas and a roaring gas fireplace. Around the corner, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with high end appliances, beautiful countertops and a breakfast bar that can seat four. In the adjacent formal dining room, a long table seats up to 10 guests and provides access to the deck via a glass door. For added space to kick back and relax, a beautifully furnished den offers cozy seating, an additional fireplace and a bonus dining room picnic-style table set among windows with access to the outdoor deck. Vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace create a warm and inviting feel in the family room which also boasts a table for cards, a wide screen TV and forested views. For even more space to congregate and enjoy each other’s company, the lower level recreation room offers several seating areas, a pool table, a wide screen TV and a wet bar. There is also a wine cellar and cozy high top table on the lower level complete with an added wet bar.
