The main living space is centered around a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with high end appliances and a custom pizza oven, opening into a light filled great room framed by expansive windows. Nearly every room captures unobstructed mountain views, complemented by three gas fireplaces for a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Designed for both relaxation and gathering, the home includes a private outdoor hot tub, fire pit, indoor sauna, steam shower, and a dedicated wine room.
Just steps from the front door, a scenic trail leads directly to the Cordillera Ranch Trailhead Pool and Activity Center. This peaceful setting often brings Colorado wildlife right into view, including frequent visits from elk and other native species, offering a rare and memorable connection to nature.
Guests may also enjoy access to Cordillera’s premier amenities, including the Athletic Center, Trailhead Pool, and Short Course, available for a $300 stay fee. These facilities include an outdoor pool and pool house with locker rooms, game areas, and large screen televisions, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center with indoor lap pool and oversized jacuzzi.
Seasonal activities throughout Cordillera include golf, fly fishing, tennis and paddle courts, hiking, and picnicking in the warmer months, along with snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and sleigh rides in the winter. The equestrian center offers year-round experiences including trail rides and guided excursions.
