Our 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is fully equipped with luxurious soaking tubs, fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, and a hot tub. Less than 30 minutes from the Vail Valley ski resorts, our home is in the perfect location for every season of activities.

Our stunning home is nestled amidst a picturesque landscape. You'll be captivated by the living room adorned with a beautiful antler chandelier, a magnificent rock fireplace, and sumptuously comfortable seating in front of a smart TV for you to stream all your favorite entertainment. The gourmet kitchen and dining area are a culinary enthusiast's paradise, designed for hosting memorable meals. You'll feel right at home with ample counter space, a convenient kitchen island, and a selection of cooking books. The gas stove is perfect for whipping up delicious mountain-inspired dishes.

Every room in the house is equipped with Sonos sound systems and cable. You will find luxurious soaking tubs in the main and 2nd bathrooms - one set in front of a fireplace for ultimate relaxation. The main bedroom features a fireplace, TV, and small bar equipped with a coffee maker and mini fridge. If you prefer to immerse yourself in a good book, the landing offers a dark and moody reading nook. There are dedicated desks and office chairs in both the main and third bedrooms for those who need to work.

Step outside to the grassy backyard, where a patio awaits. This outdoor oasis includes a dining area with an umbrella and a private hot tub. Whether you're stargazing in the hot tub or sipping morning coffee on the patio, you'll be surrounded by the natural beauty of Colorado.

Our place is a haven for year-round activities! In the winter, downhill skiing is easily accessible since many of the top ski resorts are a short distance away. Snowshoe trails and cross-country skiing are nearby at the short and ranch course. Sleigh riding is a wonderful activity for a romantic evening or day with the family. In the warmer months, visit the stables for horseback riding or guide your own adventure on one of the many hiking, mountain biking, or road biking routes. Fishing in the ponds and Eagle River are also top Summer activities for visitors!

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
