High speed internet (ability to have multiple people on zoom at same time - working from home is not a problem). A propane hibachi grill on outside deck accompanied with a two-seat outdoor sofa and chairs. The community has a heated hot-tub that is a two minute walk away from the front door. There is one outdoor parking spot for the apartment and additional guest parking if needed.
