The residence is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room with a gas fireplace. Located off the master bedroom is an ideal loft space for young families with a twin over twin bunk bed and space for children to play. Guests also have access to a balcony with gas grill and underground parking for one car. Additional parking for extra vehicles must be arranged prior to arrival, and these cannot be guaranteed.

This means that guests staying at 306 Aspenwood Lodge have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more.

With its close proximity to Arrowhead Lift in the heart of Arrowhead Village, guests can enjoy the communal pool and hot tub facilities, available in both the summer and winter seasons. During the winter, guests are able to ski to both Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek villages as part of the Village-to-Village ski experience. Additionally you are provided with complimentary access to the Village Connect shuttle, which services each village in Beaver Creek Resort.

Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway from the moment you book. Your dedicate Property Host will reach out 7 days prior to arrival with directions and check-in details. Property access codes will be sent the day of arrival.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.

For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $3,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.
