Welcome to Olive Yew! Come discover Edisto Beach, one of the most serene beaches found on the South Carolina coast with limited commercialization. Enjoy your stay at this newly renovated beach house that boast designer finishes throughout and a short walk to the beach!

The space:
This chic beach house was completely renovated in 2022 and new to the rental market in 2023. It sits on a peaceful street and nestled between large live oaks. There is a paved bike trail on the opposite side of our street with (4) beach cruiser bikes included during your stay. You are just a short 5 min walk to beach access 31 which has no stairs and easily accommodates beach carts and strollers. You are also a quick walk to one of the island's top seafood dive restaurant and bar, Whaley's.

The expansive open living room has abundant natural light and vaulted ceilings to create a spacious feel from the moment you enter. The entire space has beautiful heart pine floors that will accommodate the entire family to watch TV/movies or play memorable board games. The breakfast table has (4) chairs and the nearby dining room table can accommodate (6) so everyone can be included during family meals.

The kitchen has brand new appliances throughout with natural honed stone countertops. It is fully stocked with new cookware, dishes, & utensils. You will also have access to a Weber propane gas grill and a ceramic egg grill for smoking or searing meats with natural charcoal included.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King sized bed that has a private bathroom and its own private front porch.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with its own private front porch

Bedroom 3: (Upstairs) Bunk room: Twin over queen bunk bed with (2) separate twin beds. A Roku TV is mounted on the wall to allow the kids their own place upstairs to unwind and watch cartoons. There is a workstation with dual monitors and docking station in the event work calls at the beach.

Complimentary (4) beach cruiser bikes, (6) New Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and Tommy Bahama Umbrella located in the ground level storage closet. Also included is a new aluminum beach cart that allows easy hauling of beach chairs, cooler, supplies and/or fishing gear.

An outdoor shower (hot and cold water) is located on the ground level for guest use after beach activities.

Guest access:
Each group will receive a custom door code prior to your arrival. Guests will also have access to the ground level storage closet.
