No detail has been overlooked with a well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances. The spacious bedrooms and living area are each equipped with a TV and cable package. Take advantage of dining alfresco or simply cooling off after a hot day in the sun on the comfortably furnished screened porch. This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort. Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Edisto Beach, a neighborhood in Edisto Island. Freshfields Village and Bay Street are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Edisto Beach State Park and Botany Bay Plantation Heritage Preserve and Wildlife Management Area. Edisto Island Serpentarium and The Resort Shop are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
