The bright kitchen opens to a dining area, with seating for 8, and a front to back fireplaced living room. Also off the kitchen is a bright and airy, step down four-season sunroom. Sliders off the kitchen open to a generous deck with gas grill and outdoor seating for six.
The front to back living room is equipped with a brand new 60'' smart HDTV, mounted above a gas fireplace. The living room is perfect for family game nights.
This home has 3 bedrooms all located on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, walk-in closet and beautiful master bath with marble countertop.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, walk-in closet and en suite bath.
The third bedroom is furnished with a full and twin size bunk bed set. This bedroom's en suite has a bathtub for little ones.
The bottom floor boasts another living room area for children and adults with a sectional couch and 55'' HDTV. There is another half bath on this floor that walks out to the enclosed mahogany outdoor shower. The laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer is off the half bath.
You can walk out from this level to the expansive backyard, overlooking conservation land, and relax in the adirondack chairs around the fire pit and patio or lie in the hammock.
This island oasis home is located a street away from the bike path in Edgartown. It is 3.5 miles from State Beach, 6.5 miles from South Beach, and 2.5 miles from the Triangle.

Located in Edgartown, this vacation home is by the sea. Featherstone Center for the Arts and Flying Horses Carousel are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Circuit Avenue and Main Street. Island Cove Adventures and Polly Hill Arboretum are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
