Relax with family and friends at this fully renovated pristine 1850’s Sea Captain’s home. Situated on a quiet tree lined street this home has everything that you your family and friends could possibly need for a spectacular Vineyard experience. This designer decorated Grecian Revival is walking distance to the harbor, restaurants and beaches. On the main level there is a large gourmet kitchen adjacent to a bright family with working fireplace. Both of these areas have vintage wood beam ceilings. A living room, dining room (each with its own fireplace), wood paneled media room and office completes the first floor. There are four bedrooms and three baths on the second floor (two of these bedrooms have french doors that lead to a second floor balcony. On the third floor you will find a large sunny bedroom / play area along and bathroom. Separate from the main house is a detached one bedroom studio with full bath.
This private and serene urban compound located in the heart of historic Edgartown village is impeccably landscaped with a heated pool and hot tub. This large friendly friendly 6 bedroom 5.5 bath property includes a detached guest studio.

General Cleaning Standards for 47 Cooke Street
We strive to give our Martha’s Vineyard guests the ultimate luxury rental experience we have implemented protocols to ensure that our property meets the highest hygiene requirements to ensure the comfort and safety of our visitors. Our property is professionally cleaned before each turnover by a cleaning company that has worked with us for many years. They are familiar with our home and protocols. Our rigorous cleaning and disinfection practices give special attention to all high touch surfaces such as light switches, railings, doorknobs, handles, remote controls, faucets, thermostats and touch screens, etc. All linens (bed sheets, towels, and blankets etc) are washed and dried at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer. Disinfectants, detergents, hand soap, hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available onsite.

Located in Edgartown, this vacation home is in the city center and by the sea. Oak Bluffs Harbor and Woods Hole Ferry Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Inkwell Beach. Featherstone Center for the Arts and Flying Horses Carousel are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
