The main house features four bedrooms, including two king en suite bedrooms, plus a separate queen sleeping loft (please note the loft is not a private bedroom). A detached bunkhouse offers two additional queen bedrooms with a shared full bath, making it ideal for extended family, older kids, or friends who appreciate a little extra privacy.
Inside, you'll find light-filled living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals together. Outside, expansive wraparound mahogany decks create seamless indoor-outdoor living, with plenty of space to dine, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Two outdoor showers make rinsing off after a day at the beach a favorite Vineyard tradition.
Set just minutes from the Chappy Ferry, Community Center, and Slip Away Farm, the property is an ideal home base for exploring Chappaquiddick's pristine beaches, scenic trails, and unspoiled natural beauty while remaining just a short ferry ride from the shops and restaurants of Edgartown.
Important: This home is located on Chappaquiddick, a separate island from Edgartown. Access is via the Chappy Ferry, a short ferry ride that operates continuously throughout the day. Located in Edgartown, this vacation home is in a rural area and near the beach. Oak Bluffs Harbor and Oak Bluffs Ferry Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Inkwell Beach and Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary.
