This handsome home is in pristine condition and is located in the heart of the Katama, South Beach area of Edgartown. Surrounded by a large landscaped yard and featuring a lovely spacious bluestone patio area, it is a short walk or bike ride to South Beach and the Edgartown Village area. This home is perfect for small families, or two couples with three children. The large landscaped yard surrounding the house provides room for children to play, and the new cedar outdoor shower is fantastic!. The blue stone patio is surrounded by beautiful gardens and the patio set with umbrella is perfect for outdoor dining. A gas grill is available for grilling. The Katama General Store is under a mile from the house and provides provisions for the beach as well as take out food. The Village area is where you will find, many gourmet restaurants, boutique shopping, fine art galleries, coffee shops, full size grocers, fish markets, movie theater and last but not least the stately Historic Whaling Homes that line many of the in-town streets.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Katama, a neighborhood in Edgartown. Island Cove Miniature Golf and Island Cove Adventures are also worth visiting.
