Guests have access to the entire house, including the three-car garage. Please note that a few closets are locked for owner and cleaning staff use only. As part of Trappers Ridge, guests also have access to Wolf Creek Resort's clubhouse, featuring a gathering space, ping-pong, fitness room, outdoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, and walking trails that connect to the greater Wolf Creek and Ogden Valley trail system.

Trappers Ridge is located at the base of Powder Mountain Resort, providing a stunning backdrop of Snowbasin and Nordic Valley Resorts. The area is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, with access to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails in the Wasatch Range, as well as the awe-inspiring 18-hole Wolf Creek Resort golf course.

In the winter, enjoy over 10,000 skiable acres and some of the best snow on Earth, as well as activities like snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, and snowshoeing. Summer months offer opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, waterskiing, fishing, or simply relaxing and taking in the incredible views.

House Rules:

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​HOA rules allow 7 guests per household at a time in the pool and clubhouse facilities.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

Street Parking is strictly prohibited in front of the house. There is additional parking spaces throughout the neighborhood.

We ask that guests do not ship items to the house, as the mailbox is private and only accessible to the owner. We won't be able to retrieve any packages sent there.

No Pets allowed. Any evidence of pets during your stay may result in a $500 fine. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pet-free space. Thank you.
