The master bedroom on the second story level has a balcony equipped with hammock, separate hot water, plenty of closet space and breath taking views of the ocean and surrounding areas. There are two more bedrooms on the second floor with private baths and balcony access. The fourth bedroom is located on the main floor.
Charmingly decorated, large kitchen (breakfast, lunch and dinner available for an additional cost), separate dining room, living room/great room. There are spectacular views from every room in this home!
The pool cabana has a bathroom, changing rooms, and shower. Cabana area is equipped with plenty of lounge chairs and a bar to accommodate any afternoon or evening refreshments. There is a private entrance to the beach on the grounds, a private tidal pool to enjoy during the high tide and a private terrace of beach sand for the little ones to romp and play.
Air conditioning in the four bedrooms. 24 hour guardian family lives on grounds. Two car garage and plenty of additional parking.
