This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom newly built Lake Martin residence provides plenty of relaxation and the perfect weekend spot to gather with family and loved ones! Featuring an array of household amenities and ample living space - both outside and inside - spread out and kick your feet up for an idyllic vacation at Alabama's most beautiful lake! This home offers a screened-in porch with large flat-screen TV (awesome for fall football!), along with two indoor seating areas that open to both a kitchen and dining area. The large, well-appointed kitchen boasts plenty of counter space for meal preparation and serving and comes stocked with stainless steel appliances, utensils, glassware and more. The dining area is situated in front of a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an incomparable view of the water and sunset - the perfect complement to dinner. On the main level are two master suites, each with its own king-size bed and walk-in shower, as well as a separate powder bath and a laundry room.

Upstairs, you'll find two more king bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with tub/shower combo to accommodate little ones) and a bunk/play room (what we affectionately refer to as "The Aquarium"), which can sleep up to four kiddos.

Located in Eclectic, this vacation home is on the waterfront. While the natural beauty of Lake Martin and Yates Lake Wildlife Management Area can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out The Ridge Marina. Looking to get your feet wet? Kayaking, water skiing and water tubing adventures can be found near the property.
